And nurses are one of the most important people who are more exposed to these violences in hospitals due to more contact with clients (patients or companions). Therefore, the general purpose of the present study is to investigate the factors affecting violence against nurses in Tehran hospitals between the ages of 15 and 40. According to the study population, 384 people were selected based on Cochran's formula and questionnaires were distributed among the patients of Tehran hospitals and SPSS software was used to analyze the findings. The findings show that about 0.536% of the variance of the social violence variable is explained and justified by the variables "informal control", "social disorder", "physical disorder", "education", "formal control". The explained regression model is also linear and significant according to the scatter analysis test; Because the value of the F test to determine the significance of the effect of independent variables on social violence is equal to 56.3 with a 99% confidence level چکیده بیمارستانها یکی از مکانهایی است که میزان نزاع و خشونت در آن زیاد است که تحقیقات مختلف بر آن صحه می-گذارند. و پرستاران یکی از مهمترین افرادی هستند که در بیمارستانها به دلیل مواجهه بیشتر با مراجعه کننده-گان(بیماران یا همراهان) بیشتر در معرض این خشونتها قرار می¬گیرند. بنابراین هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر خشونت علیه پرستاران بیمارستان¬های شهر تهران در سنین 15 تا 40 سالگی است. که با توجه به جامعه مورد مطالعه، 384 نفر انتخاب بر مبنای فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردید و در بین مراجعان بیمارستانهای شهر تهران، پرسشنامه ها توزیع شد و از نرم افزار SPSS برای تحلیل یافته ها استفاده شد. یافته ها بیانگر آن است حدود 536/0 درصد از واریانس متغیر خشونت اجتماعی به وسیله متغیرهای «کنترل غیررسمی»، «بی نظمی اجتماعی»، «بی نظمی فیزیکی»، «تحصیلات»، «کنترل رسمی» تبیین و توجیه شده است. مدل رگرسیونی تبیین شده نیز طبق آزمون تحلیل پراکنش انجام شده خطی و معنادار است؛ زیرا مقدار آزمون F برای تعیین معنی داری اثر متغیرهای مستقل بر خشونت اجتماعی برابر با 3/56 با سطح 99 درصد اطمینان میباشد. /downloadfilepdf/57622062
